The H.O.P.E. Line is available to residents of St. Lawrence & Hamilton Counties

7 Days a Week from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, as well as Saturdays from 2:00PM to 6:00 PM

H.O.P.E. Line is a toll-free telephone line staffed by people who are current or former recipients of mental health services.

We are an alternative support line for individuals struggling with stressful life experiences.

H.O.P.E. Line can be a place to talk with someone for reassurance in dealing with difficult situations.

We also provide people with information regarding services available in St. Lawrence and Hamilton Counties, such as housing, food, or counseling options.

H.O.P.E Line phone workers are trained peers, not counselors or therapists. They are people who have experienced similar events as your own.
